Registration
Please use our SPONSOR REGISTRATION [Password: CMS2024] link to register individuals for the event in accordance with the quantity of complimentary registrations included in your sponsorship package. Please complete registrations by April 1. MDIC will be monitoring the use of the comp sponsor registration type and reach out if there are any discrepancies. Housing: Due to unanticipated high demand for housing, the room block for this event has closed. However, reservations are still available through the hotel website.
Booth Space/Power/Wifi
All booth and tabling space will be in Grand Foyer/pre-function space outside of the Chesapeake Ballroom, where the event is being held. Flooring is carpet and we are not able to provide alternative flooring at this time. We will provide Power/outlet access to each booth/exhibitor. General complementary public Wifi will be available in the Grand Foyer area; it is a high-bandwidth network due to the properties affiliation with the University and should be sufficient for all internet needs. Please reach out to the event team at CMS@MDIC.org with any questions.
A/V Needs
The venue has an in-house A/V team available to meet any technology rental needs you may have. Please see the A/V Order Form for full details of what is available. Purchases can be made by completing and remitting the Credit Card Authorization Form via secure fax. Contact information for the on-site services team can be found on the order form.

Shipping should be done directly to the venue at the address above, including a topline:

Logo Remission to MDIC
In order to properly recognize you as a sponsor for the event, we would like to use your company logo. Please remit your source logo file/package to chuband@mdic.org. EPS or AI preferred, high resolution .PNG at a minimum. Please remit logos as soon as possible if you have not.
Engaging through Whova App
You should have received by now an email invitation from the Whova app to start engaging in the Sponsor and Exhibitor centers. Please reach out to CMS@MDIC.org with any questions or support in using the app to build your company’s presence in the app.
