Eileen Mihas

As the program director for Early Feasibility Studies (EFS) at MDIC, Eileen Mihas brings over two decades of invaluable experience to her role. Eileen joined MDIC in July 2022, where she has been instrumental in driving the success of the EFS working group. With her background as a registered nurse and a master of science in nursing-health systems leadership (MSN-HSL), Eileen combines clinical expertise with a deep understanding of healthcare systems. Her career has been marked by a demonstrated history of excellence in the hospital and healthcare industry, particularly in the realm of medical devices and clinical research. At MDIC, Eileen spearheads initiatives to advance the practice of early feasibility studies in the United States. She works closely with key stakeholders, including the FDA, CMS, industry partners, and clinical sites, to foster collaboration and innovation in the medical device ecosystem.
