Jim Hadley

Director of Program Management | MDIC

Jim Hadley is the director of portfolio management at MDIC. Jim provides portfolio and program management across multiple programs and functions to ensure prioritization, robust programs, projects, process improvement initiatives, implement standardization, drive strategy, integration and execution, and portfolio management for the organization.

Prior to joining MDIC Jim held senior program manager roles at organizations including Propharma Inc (Med Tech division), Philips, and Medtronic. Jim was also the project manager for AdvaMed’s Case for Quality Library of Successful Practices and participated in the development of MDIC’s Advanced Manufacturing Clearing House structure.
