LaTara Henry

Vice President, Human Resources | MDIC

LaTara Henry serves as MDIC’s vice president of human resources. She oversees all human resources and operations and is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies, procedures, and best practices while identifying and implementing long-range strategic talent management goals. Before joining MDIC, LaTara served as a human resources executive for nonprofit, for-profit, and international organizations in various industries, including New Signature, Economic Policy Institute, AppleTree Early Learning Public Charter School, Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and Mount Sinai Medical Center.

LaTara earned her Human Resources Management Certificate from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), her Graduate Certificate in Financial Analysis from DeVry University, and her B.S. in Business Management from Stony Brook University.
