NESTcc Webinar on UDI Adoption to Support RWE Generation

The NESTcc Collaborative Community hosted its first public meeting on October 15, 2020, identifying emerging issues in unique device identifiers (UDI) and announcing the launch of a key research project into UDI adoption and application at the point of care in health systems. One aim of this project was to generate the UDI Playbook to guide advancing UDI adoption in health systems, with a goal to achieve UDI availability in RWD sources for RWE generation. NESTcc is excited to host a webinar in support of the pending release of the UDI Playbook. The meeting will include an overview of the Playbook by the primary authors as well as a discussion with Key Advisory Group Members and other stakeholders.
