Evaluate how the industry evaluates the rapidly growing implementation of Digital Health Technologies (DHTs) within the MedTech field., and how future DHTs could be made to be more patient-centric. This includes human centered design for DHTs to be used in home or outside health care provider settings, and frameworks for inclusive design principles.
MDIC designed a Science of Patient Input (SPI) survey to collect insights regarding the use of Digital Health Technologies (DHT) with a specific focus on generating data related to patient input that can be incorporated into the medical device ecosystem to drive future initiatives.
Provide tools and resources that foster greater engagement of patients, providers, and caregiver with Digital Health Technologies and their associated medical devices, with the ultimate goal of supporting improved shared clinical decision making.
