MDIC-Deloitte Research and Development Leaders Circle

The Research and Development Leaders Circle, hosted by MDIC and Deloitte, will serve as an exceptional community of practice for seasoned and emerging leaders in the R&D space. MDIC and Deloitte will power this community through regular virtual and in-person connections with inspiring speakers and sharing of best practices throughout the year.

In addition, the R&D Leaders Circle will help to shape the Deloitte Product Development Benchmarking Survey. This tool has been a trusted resource for R&D leaders to provide independent benchmarks in various areas of product development, supporting the development of more informed growth and strategic development plans.

The R&D Leaders Circle will kickoff in February 2025 and we are welcoming new participants now. Circle members should be seasoned professionals in product development and design in the MedTech sector who are willing to contribute to the community by offering their expertise and sharing best practices. Gatherings are expected to occur 4 times per year, with 1 time being hybrid and 3 times being fully virtual. There is no cost to participate.
