Make sure Cindy Chen has the contact information for the primary contact for your company onsite. Your primary contact will receive an email inviting them into the event app (Whova) to administer your company’s profile, add additional attendees, invite marketing support as digital booth editors, and more! Please look out for the invitation email and reach out to Matt Victoria with any questions.

You’re Invited!  We’ll be hosting a virtual session with our Whova representative to review all event app how-to’s, address any questions, and ensure you are equip to maximize your investment. Look out for an invite for a mid-October virtual session, which will be recorded and shared.

Second Hotel Option Available – Shuttle Provided

The official event hotel block has sold out. Booking directly through the hotel may be possible, though the property is nearing a complete sell out.

We are pleased to have secured a secondary room block at The Hotel at University of Maryland, a four-star, four-diamond property, 1.5 miles away from the event venue. The room rate is excellent at $159/night and the property boasts upscale amenities, including an indoor pool, onsite spa, and four restaurants.

For attendee convenience, MDIC will be running shuttle service between the properties on a set schedule on Tuesday 11/4, Wednesday 11/5, and the morning of Thursday 11/6.

Your booth space will include:

  • a standard 6 ft. table
  • two chairs
  • a power strip for basic uses

The onsite Marriott AV team has many expanded options and add-ons available to you to enhance your booth experience. Past popular options have included mounted rolling monitors and dedicated internet drops. PREPARING YOUR SHIPMENT
Please schedule your shipment(s) to arrive two days before the event start date to avoid additional storage fees—complimentary storage of up to two days before and after the event. A storage fee will apply to each package received and stored for more than two days. Use the recipient’s name who will be on-site to receive and sign for the package(s).
