Ami E. Simunovich

Ami (Doshi) Simunovich serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Quality & Regulatory Officer, and Public Affairs for BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. In this role, she oversees the Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Public Affairs functions, advancing the world of health through the delivery of safe, compliant, reliable and effective products and services. She also serves as a member of the BD Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to her current role, Simunovich led BD’s global Regulatory Affairs team. She also served as BD’s Chief Regulatory Counsel, advising executive management on complex global regulatory law matters. Simunovich has over a decade of experience serving in senior leadership roles, including Associate General Counsel of Regulatory and Corporate Compliance at C. R. Bard, Inc., Associate General Counsel of Regulatory at Catalent, Inc. and external legal counsel in litigation, regulatory law and intellectual property. Simunovich earned her Pharm.D. from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law.
