Marianne Griffin

Marianne Griffin is MDIC’s Associate General Counsel, Director of Contracts.  Marianne is responsible for supporting the General Counsel in managing the legal function of MDIC, supporting Board-related activities, and ensuring compliance in the following areas: federal compliance, corporate governance, federal funding reporting requirements and Board of Directors meetings.

Marianne brings several years of contracting experience in the medical device and life sciences industry, including her time at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics and Medpace, Inc. Marianne has extensive experience advising clients on contractual issues and drafting and negotiating various agreements, including feasibility agreements, development and supply agreements, term sheets, MOUs, procurement agreements, clinical trial agreements, SaaS agreements, and the like.

Marianne received her J.D. from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University, and a BS in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University.
